Retroplanning for your wedding

Today I propose you a retroplanning for the organization of your wedding.

It’s time to go, you have only one year. Organize your marriage is not a last-minute work, but a long process and you frequently asked many questions: What to do in first time? Who should I contact? When ?

Do not worry, if it’s complicate for you to prepare and you only have a few notions in terms of organization, our team of wedding planners decided to share with you work a detailed retroplanning.

Don’t hurry up without having a comprehensive overview of our preparations. Why? for 3 obvious reasons:

- Firstly, because time is running out (and we can go next to what we wanted, either for lack of time or because providers are already blackout);

- Secondly, because, it de-stresses you, brides, to have an eye on everything and especially EVERYTHING under control!

- Lastly, because obviously it helps us to not forget anything.

 

J -12 months

• To decide a date

• Find the wedding planner

• Reserve the room

• Make an appointment at the town hall

 

J -10 months

• Make an appointment in a dress stores

• Contact the caterer

• Book the religious office

 

J- 8 months

• Inform your prospective witnesses of the great role they should play

• Inform the bridesmaids

• Contact the photographer

• Develop wedding list

 

J -6 months

• Develop the guest list

• Send Invitations

• Check alliances

• Schedule yourself in a travel agency for honeymoon

• Check the validity of passports

• Book outfits married

• Book the DJ

• Book the florist

 

J-5 months

• Choose the menu

• Buy gifts for guests

• Reserve the different animations

• Establish the administrative record of the Town Hall

 

J-4 month

• Make the hairdresser and makeup tests

• Create a web site to inform guests important information of D-Day (eg hotels, transport, places ...)

• Order the cake and figurines

 

J-2 months

• Restart the guests for confirmation of attendance

• Prepare religious office (choice of text, music ...)

• Choosing a hotel for the wedding night

• Select babysitter

 

J-1 month

• Write your wishes

• Finalize the menu (do not forget to confirm the number of special menus, like: vegetarian)

• Make final fitting wedding dress

• Prepare the schedule of the day and send to providers

• Take stock with providers

• To check the decoration list

 

J-2 weeks

• Retrieve the dress (although hide)

• Prepare the honeymoon suitcase

• Make a beauty treatment

 

J-1 week

• Last fitting hairstyle

• Rest!

• To drink a lot of water

• Have a relaxing day with friends at the spa (to look good)

• Prepare the "toolkit" (handkerchiefs, dressing bulb, red lip, deodorant, perfume, thread and needle, compact powder, ...)

 

J-two days

Prepare:

• alliances

• the covenant cushion

• the placement of families during ceremonies (printing on A4 sheet the family name close to give your witness or wedding planner)

 

D-DAY

• We relax and enjoy our day

• You do not forget to say YES

• We take advantage of this love
