Lose weight before the wedding!

Your wedding is fast approaching and you are concerned about a single idea for the big day? Lose weight before the wedding!

The objective is not to pass out the day of your union! So to help you loose weight softly, and wear perfectly with your wedding dress, we've compiled some tips.

All eyes will be turned on you the D-day and we know that smile for pictures and pull your stomach at the same time to make a good impression, is not an easy challenge!

Here are some key words to help you to achieve your goal : motivation - zen - and pleasure.

  • Vary the food and eat healthy: the idea is not to find yourself in a bad way the day of your wedding (hair loss, poor mine, etc.), lean meats, and eat seasonal fruits and vegetables to have a healthy and vitamin body. Here we are talking about a balanced diet, not diet !! Take a small snack (fromage blanc, apple, goji berries and agave syrup for example) not to crack before the evening meal.
  • Drinking plenty of water, at least 1.5 L per day and preferably lemon water (for his virtues for the skin and slimming effect)
  • Play sport to become finer, and especially to evacuate the stress which grows up a few days before the wedding. A small footing to aerate your mind or participate to yoga / body balance session. You will feel lighter in your head and in your sneakers.
  • Finally, no restriction that would make you crack before wedding. We allow small pleasures: 1 square of chocolate a day is good for morale, and it avoids the frustration (and the crises of Nutella where we meet at 21h in front of TV to eat Nutella to little spoon ...)!
